This project is located in the Shanghai Lin-gang Special Area, which relies on Yangshan Port and Pudong International Airport, and adjoins China’s first cross-see bridge and first state-level bonded port. It enjoys prosperous facilities and convenient transportation due to its unique geography and open policy support.

Inspired by the Dishui Lake in the main urban zone, the designer creates the idea of “Seeing the sea in a drop of water”. There are three distinct textured interfaces that make up the entire welcome area. The atmospheric floor is laid with black marble, the beige wall tiles follow the vertical wall, and the angular desk echoes the blue-grey glass-framed patio. Light filters through the roof into the floor, walls and counter, revealing the textures with the help of nature, and enhancing the interior's sense of space and layers.

In the sand table area, the ceiling is hung with hundreds of customized fish-shaped flakes in an elegant grey color with a hint of sea blue that runs through the theme. This creates migrating shoals of fish through the calculation of digital equal difference. Besides, the blue water drips are suspended in the air, to convey the designer’s good wish for favourable weather for the crops. The VIP discussion room, which frames the power of water, radiates a genuine sensation of home and a welcoming environment for business. In a word, future exploration is possible here in every area. This is a place where you can have an immersive experience of urban life.
