Roza Rossa

Roza Rossa is a modern, uniquely designed apartment complex and boutique hotel, located in Khamovniki, one of the most convenient and tranquil neighborhoods in central Moscow. The complex has been completely conceived by the world-renowned Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni, from the architecture to the furniture, in a contemporary European minimalist style. It ranks among the iconic projects of theatres, hotels and residences developed by the Lissoni&Partners bureau.

Roza Rossa combines apartments for permanent living and a boutique hotel. One hundred twenty apartments take up the left and right wing of the main building with separate entrances and lobbies. The central part contains the hotel with 90 rooms. The owners of the apartments, while enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of their own homes, can at the same time utilize the hotel’s infrastructure and round-the-clock services, as provided by the prestigious hotelier Metropol Moscow.

The first floor will host boutiques, restaurants and bars, a spacious spa area with a swimming pool and gym, and meeting rooms. Homeowners can access the apartments via the hotel’s main entrance as well as separate entranceways with their own lobbies and lounge areas. The building will also have an underground parking garage, areas for technical vehicles, bicycles, and motorcycles.

Roza Rossa and its surroundings are envisioned to have all the needed infrastructure for household pets:
• closed interior courtyard with an area for walking with pets;
• low steps at the building entrances and heated pathways in the courtyard;
• shower areas for washing pets’ feet in every lobby;
• parks, embankments, and specially equipped areas for walks within direct proximity of the building: in Devichyego Polya Square, on the territory of the Trubetskykh Estate park;
• and all apartment owners are offered a dog walking service.
