The main design element is inspired brownstone architecture that blends in with 65% open spaces. While the project is made to pedestrian-focused, the walkways are designed with cobblestone pavements, wrought iron details to enliven the development's classic charm.

Portico successfully entwines classic and contemporary elements, imbuing home with a light and airy ambiance. The sleek interiors were designed to seamlessly blend classic brownstone inspired elements with a modern touch. Elegant and classic looking furniture stand out to express a timeless charm with modern trinkets to balance it out. Aligning with the overall brownstone inspired theme, glass doors and windows are framed and grills have wrought iron designs. Cobble stone pavements surround the entry ways. The walls are designed with wainscoting and floors have accent areas which are printed that match areas with indoor brick finish to add to the brownstone feel. Classic looking lighting fixtures are also chosen to hover over the reception lobby and the main entrances. Elegant looking seating is introduced with a continental table to make entrances look grand and inviting.
