Sales Center of Qingdao CR Land Majestic Land

The sales center is small but delicate. The level and rhythm of the space gives the visitors an exquisite, delicate experience. The hole space is developed around marine culture and designed based on the waves extracted from the "floating islands" surrounded by the sea. With the elements, the design highlights the features of Qingdao when designing the living pavilion by using the color of the sea, the harmony of wood, features of coast cit, art and culture and sailing sports spirit. The team creates a vivid, changeable and novel contemporary art space to show the spirit of the age.
The reception lobby uses the color of wood as the base, and creates the visual focus with light transmitting stone, metal mesh and line details. The ceiling is built with mirror to stretch the space so as to make the visitors valued. The wave-type concierge desk, which is inspired by sailing boats, make the space dynamic.
With its spiritual existence, art gallery is integrated with outdoor landscape whose dynamic attracts visitors’ attention. The space is covered by the starlight of the sea. The original creation is inspired by the natural phenomenon of the tsunami. Visitors are like the disc floating in nature, and through this device we can accept nature and learn to live with it.
The sand table area still adopts the color of wood, as well as the double-height cabinet to make the space awe-inspiring. Inspired by the shape of the waves, the design team uses an art chandelier to weaken the main function of the sales center and make it an art gallery.
The negotiation area is like a book bar. The design team pays more attention to its scale and the proportion of combination, and focusing on the users’ experience. At the same time the team applies some design elements (curve elements) to the single piece of furniture. Furniture of Italian style fits the warm temperament of the space, increasing the quality and values of the space.
