This house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living rooms. The background of the owner is a couple with a son and a daughter. In order to match with their growing status, we have 2 different theme of their bedroom, the eldest son focuses on learning with a larger study table, while the youngest daughter focuses on playing with better activity space.
The master suite has a great background wall made by different shape of wood grains and the wall length was extended to the cloakroom, which can expand the visual effect and enhance the spacious. The curved floor-to-ceiling glass window matched with a long curved workbench, which can expand the legrooms, also allows the owner to feel the sunlight outside the window after work, and the workbench is made of environmentally friendly synthetic wood.
Since all the water pipes in the bathroom of the master suite are hidden in the ceiling, the height of the bathroom becomes shorter. Therefore, white marble is used to expand the sense of space and improve the sense of cleanliness.
The design challenge of this unit is it located at the low floor, so there is not much natural sunlight entering the house. We did not use the traditional main light effect, because it would make the overall space more oppressive, instead, we used the upper and lower LED light strips. Equipped with an intelligent regulator, it can adjust the indoor lighting according to the sunlight outside, and it can also create a warm atmosphere.
In order to improve privacy, a rose gold curved fence screen made by stainless steel is designed at the entrance, while the curved sideboard in the dining room beautifies the corner of the room, and the wooden integrated wall combines the design of the hidden door of the kitchen and the corridor. A great white marble wall as a focus point of the living room completes the design.
