The project is located in the northwest of Xiong'an New Area. It is the first transferred development plot in Xiong'an District and the only western-style house community in the green corridor. The project covers a total area of 120600 m2 and a total building area of 300000 m2. As the first construction area of Xiong'an New Area, it is a high-level socialist modern city and a national model that can promote high-quality development.
The mass entrepreneurship and innovation center is arranged to form a landmark building facing the southwest portal. The outer boundary of the plot reflects the image of a complete street. The buildings cleverly arranged along the natural shape of the plot are like beautiful notes embedded in the city.
