River Cloud Sales Center

An impressive project designed by EH DESIGN GROUP, the River Cloud jointly built by Jincheng Group and HFDC is located on Qidu Island and has been praised as “a green pearl in Oujiang River”.
Walking into the sales office, a visitor immediately sees a large LED wall that creates special visual effects. This not only adds bright colors to the place, but also breaks up the originally monotonous space. At the sand table area, a bespoke modern geometric-style ceiling lamp hangs overhead. This magnificent lamp gives a sense of ceremony to the area. The ceiling covered with traditional wood-grain paint, along with the shadows created by the ambient lighting of delicately arranged dots, lines and surfaces, adds elegant charm to the space.
The designer’s inspired arrangement of space reflects a trend and a vision. The design of the discussion area and the café bar blends contrast, pictures of scenery, changes in scale, coordinated levels and other design methods, so that the whole area is filled with the beauty of life and the feel of a human touch.
Design is often a fusion, but it can also produce transboundary effects. The VIP area is the most comfortable place in the entire sales space, with high-grade gray walls, supersized sofas with clean lines, and vibrant accessories. In this area, you can feel the ingenious fusion of movement and stillness, which is both meticulously planned and delightfully simple in its effects.
On a sunny day you should always be able to hear children’s laughter. Soft seats in irregular shapes and many cute toys make the children’s area a realm of innocence and joy. The oversized Mickey Mouse attracts every pair of curious young eyes.
