Sun & Moon

The project strays away from the stereotype of sales centers as vibrant, overly-luxurious, and compact. Instead, a brand new design concept is fabricated. The designer went with a modernized and simplistic design without misleading the purpose of the building. Visitors are illuminated by meticulously placed light and shadow from every corner through advanced techniques to maximize comfort and adequate lighting for proper function. The goal of the design is to shower visitors with a sense of nostalgia and awe instantly as they enter the building.

The circular lines and shape of the oval ceiling in the lobby greet visitors at first sight as they enter the building. The enormous window ceiling brings an incredible amount of natural lighting without disrupting the flow of efficiency of the business. The modernized feel of curved surfaces and gorgeous earth tone colors instantly puts visitors' guards down, allowing them to conduct business at maximum efficiency. The whole project is inspired by nature and a hint of astrological aspects. The designer replicated the relationship between the sun and the moon and light and darkness. The paradoxical concept allows curved lines and precise furniture placements to form beautiful layers of light and shadow that immensely enhance the surrounding's mood.

The design concept consisted of utilizing a clean white appearance on the exterior of the building to better blend with the surrounding infrastructure and environment without disturbing the consistency. Furthermore, the magnificent white building becomes the center of attention that quickly piques one's attention when passing by. The interior design focuses on precise placements of plants and other natural decors. The interior concept relies on the idea of the great outdoors, utilizing sculpted boulders and stones, woods, and different natural textures to compliment the design. Naturally, there is an apparent yet subtle earth tone to the environment.
