Gaoxin Culture Center

Chengdu High-tech Culture Center is located in the south of the Dayuan Park in Chengdu High-tech Zone, at the intersection of Tianfu Fourth Street and Shenghua South Road. The planned gross floor area of the project is about 168,800 square meters, including about 100,900 square meters for the above-ground buildings and about 37,860 square meters for the basements. The cultural center consists of five venues and one ring. The five venues serve as the library, cultural hall, multi-functional theater, workers, youth and women's service center, and comprehensive experience exhibition hall. The characteristic commercial functions, such as bookstore shopping, training salon, sports and fitness, are gathered in the "vitality ring", which further connects the five venues. In the spatial layout, these cultural venues are independent of each other, and moderately integrated, realizing "venue sharing and space connectivity". While integrating the sources of "book reading, educational training, mass services, art performances, exhibition display, comprehensive experience, smart service, and commercial consumption", it maximizes resources sharing, echoing the inclusive and open characteristics of the high-tech zone.
