OVVA conceptualized by MAYER HASBANI and developed by MILK LIFE INVESTMENTS, it’s the vision of national and international talent that dreams on a sustainable future that enriches the life of their community. Thus, they devised a project that integrates two residential towers and on office tower in a large master plan that is surrounded by a monumental elevated garden that connects people with harmonic services and amenities. It emerges in one of the most cosmopolitan areas of Tijuana: Zona Rio; an urban ecosystem that stand out for its dynamism. A unique place, where corporate life and entertainment mix organically thanks in the commercial leisure and entertainment offer also present in the area. Th monumental towers that become an urban landmark, inspired by the natural and organic curvature that exalt the endemic ecosystem of the northwest, to turn the into a harmonic sequence of architectural moments where exterior and interior are nourished by neutral materials and natural lighting.
