CENTRAL ONE, Hangzhou Show Room 233

Central One is the first contemporary resort-style project within the C&D system in Hangzhou. It answers the dual aspirations of the city's new elite—lifestyle and spatial quality—through a relaxed, flexible, and enduring design ethos.
Priority is given to function and views, with transparency and a sense of ceremony equally balanced. Within a defined framework, soft curves ease the edges, layered materials enrich the texture, and art awakens the senses—transforming this large flat into a retreat with the unhurried rhythm of a resort.
The living room commands an exceptional view. A curved modular sofa replaces the conventional right-angled layout, following the room's fluid lines while maximizing both daylight and the panoramic outlook.
The dining room chandelier takes inspiration from magnolia blossoms in full bloom, with art-glass shades unfurling like petals—delicate and richly layered. The sideboard, finished in modern light luxury, harmoniously blends elegant curves with refined craftsmanship. Displayed within are tea sets and vessels curated from around the world, each piece thoughtfully positioned.
The study is themed around "music collection." Vinyl records, a vintage turntable, and scattered sheet music come together to create a corner brimming with narrative and ease.
The bedroom exudes classic opulence. A curved screen stretches along the wall—wood-framed and silk-covered—gently enclosing a touch of Eastern poetry on one side. The expansive view beyond the window engages in quiet dialogue with the interior's warm curves; soft lines temper the sharpness of the cityscape outside, allowing residents to embrace the city's vibrancy from a haven of tranquility.
The furnishings layer silk textures that glow with subtle luster under shifting light. Artworks are placed at varied heights along the walls, interlacing with the screen's lines and the window's scenery to compose a living tableau.
