This project is rooted in the local cultural context of Yantai's mountains and sea, extracting the natural textures of "Zhifu wave traces and mountain-sea erosion marks," and integrating the essence of Aman-style understated luxury to create an eclectic Oriental aesthetic large flat-floor soft furnishing work. The layout precisely matches high-end full-cycle families aged 30–45, covering the diverse lifestyle needs of business owners, lifestyle buyers, school-age children, and retired elders, fully embedding scenarios such as wine tasting and collecting, social circles, and sci-tech innovation and childhood fun into the space.
The design abandons symbolic Oriental stacking, using a warm米gray base paired with natural wood, natural stone, and textured fabrics to create a relaxed, immersive living experience through the five senses; the whole-home refined layered storage system adapts to the storage needs of all family members, with the entryway art installation "Swallows Return with Blessings," living room mountain-sea texture paintings, and age-specific customized bedrooms, balancing local culture, social ceremony, and practical function. The overall space hides the artistic conception of mountains and sea within a modern understated luxury setting, balancing art collection, family gatherings, and solitary retreat, reconstructing a contemporary Oriental dwelling model suited to Yantai's high-net-worth individuals.
