This 200㎡ apartment is designed for upwardly mobile urban families seeking an open, fluid, and adaptable living environment. The spatial structure emphasizes flexibility, with a circulating flow path connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating a seamless, continuous shared space that maintains visual and physical continuity.
Upon entering, the hallway offers a natural transition from the foyer to the living area, allowing the emotions of returning home to settle. The nearly 9-meter-wide hall and dining area face each other, with a 270° panoramic view that invites natural light and the river breeze into the space. The meandering circulation path breaks down physical barriers between areas, facilitating a flow between cooking, dining, and leisure, and enabling a smooth transition from public to private spaces.
The living room adopts a "1.5-living-room" multi-functional strategy, moving beyond traditional single-use layouts. Imported armchairs and a multi-seat corner sofa define a relaxation area, dividing the spacious hall into two interconnected yet independent zones. The main lounge area faces the view, offering comfort and a sense of togetherness.
The kitchen and dining area balance functionality with a sense of ritual. The dining table, made from Mirror Lake Spring Dawn stone, is paired with a mini-bar and a west-style kitchen. The island, surrounded by natural stone, serves multiple purposes—whether as a breakfast bar, a family baking area, or a gathering spot for friends. Everyday vessels and fresh flowers adorn the countertop, expressing a refined yet relaxed living style. The dining chairs, finished with hand-applied lacquer, add warmth and a rich tactile quality.
The master suite offers hotel-style functionality with a restful and private atmosphere. The space is organized into a clear progression, with the cloakroom, lounge, sleeping area, and balcony naturally defined through soft furnishings. Minimalist design and fine craftsmanship define the master bed, in keeping with the overall aesthetic.
The decoration follows an eclectic approach, blending international brands, emerging designers, and select vintage furniture, creating a cohesive, nature-inspired atmosphere with tactile materials like wood veneer, stone, metal, and fabric.
