JINCHEN REAL EATATE SPIRE CAROL (EXHIBITION CENTER)

Jinchén Real Estate, in collaboration with DAS Design (Dasen Design), roots itself in the profound cultural heritage of Dezhou – known as "the Virtuous City". Guided by the core concept of "Oriental Elegance · Artistic Living with Wandering Charm", it extracts Dezhou’s unique local cultural elements: the delicacy of Lushan Embroidery, the charm of paper-cutting, and the vibrancy of red-green glazed porcelain, integrating their aesthetic essence into the space.

The circulation design subtly inherits the delight of traditional garden wandering – scenery changes with each step, and circular circulation allows for easy traversal, creating an elegant and luxurious aesthetic space that is static yet dynamic, offering dual immersion for both the soul and vision.
In the main spaces, light-transmitting stone absorbs light as if it were ink, its texture naturally forming a landscape painting of mountains and rivers. Three-dimensional light and shadow deconstruct the dimensions of the stone, drawing nature indoors and blurring the boundary between space and nature. Wooden structures intersect with metallic luster; the symmetrical layout subtly follows Eastern ritual order. Corridors extend deep into the distance with arrayed grilles, where metallic lines form a spectrum of light. Wall lamps on both sides cast a warm yellow glow on the dark stone walls – the cold, orderly metal of the grilles is softened by the gentle light of the wall lamps. Through repetitive geometric language, an elegant sense of ritual is constructed.
