The birth of Kunming Dongfeng Plaza Four Points by Sheraton was entrusted with a dual mission: breaking free from the constraints of traditional office building conversions and achieving a transformation from a "functional space" to an "urban boutique hotel" within less than a year while strictly controlling costs. Faced with challenges such as missing original blueprint data and complex structural conditions, the design team adopted a dynamic "demolish-and-design-as-we-go" approach.
