RLD Creative partnered with The Scion Group to develop and execute the "Memories That Last" campaign, a bold, experience-driven marketing initiative that transformed student housing leasing into an emotional decision. Through a multi-platform strategy—including social media, digital ads, emails, tv graphics, swag and more—we connected housing to nostalgia, friendships, and life-defining experiences. By tapping into the fear of missing out (FOMO) and the sentimental value of college memories, our creative messaging, such as "Don’t Let the Memories End" and "Room for Every Memory," drove both renewals and new lease signings.
Using scrapbook-style visuals, film-inspired elements, and student-generated photography in our designs, we aimed to build an authentic, immersive experience. Social media featured dynamic collages of real student moments, while emails and digital ads reinforcing the urgency of securing housing before it’s too late. Large-scale signage and digital displays extended the impact, ensuring students remained engaged across multiple touchpoints.
By prioritizing emotional branding and storytelling, we successfully drove engagement and conversions, proving that student housing is more than just a place to live—it’s where memories are made. This campaign set a new standard for experience-driven marketing in a very competitive real-estate industry.
