ZHONGDING GROUP QILIN FUYUAN

ZHONGDING GROUP QILIN FUYUAN, which has many colleges and universities around it, is located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, a famous historical and cultural city in China, and enjoys a strong cultural atmosphere. Based on the construction concept of "reshaping boundaries, reconstructing life, and rebuilding links" and the inspiration source of urban context and natural landscape, the design takes YanZhao culture as the foundation to explore the creation of quality living space with regional characteristics. The design starts from two aspects of art and function to implant the city history and context temperament into the region by means of combining virtuality and reality. Taking into account local living habits and individual needs of residents, it integrates architecture, space and landscape with a unified modern design language to create a demonstrative, leading and symbiotic quality community.
The project planning takes urban open space and public green space into consideration and integrates urban roads and public landscape space to form the "super urban interface" of the project. The unique main entrance of the community is a very prominent symbol of the community and a part of the urban landscape. The southeast corner of the site is the intersection of the city's main traffic roads and the natural visual focus, so the overall plan arranges the six-story public building here, making it the finishing touch on the urban interface. The facades of the residences are designed in a modern, streamlined style to highlight the "borderless" look of the building, creating a fluid, light and classic architectural image visually. In terms of color, the project arranges low-saturation silver gray as the main tone and embellishes it with gray in some areas, creating a horizontal and grand public urban interface together with the surrounding environment.
