CBRE Calibre Creative Group was tasked with designing an engaging, branded website for the McMillan Center for Health & Research, a premier, patient-focused healthcare district in Washington, D.C. Featuring 1 million square feet of Class-A real estate, McMillan represents a rare opportunity for major healthcare systems in the region to optimize and expand their operations to a key location within D.C.’s healthcare system.

We emphasized accessibility and wellness opportunities for patients and doctors through user-friendly web design and SEO strategy. Inspired by online patient portals and healthcare websites, the new website features easy-to-digest information within an easy-to-navigate experience. It’s promoted across digital, print, and social platforms using an omnichannel marketing strategy. Since its launch in January 2024, McMillan.Health has gained over 1,500 new users, with more than 30% of the traffic coming from organic searches. The result is renewed interest and engagement from a wide range of stakeholders throughout the city, including Mayor Muriel Bowser and the Government of the District of Columbia.
