Experienced in advising the Victorian government on billion-dollar property projects, I partner with property developers and take on an unprecedented role as an agent – managing architects, signing off fixtures and fittings, planning content strategy, and overseeing digital marketing. My deep expertise means that clients can be ‘hands-off’, fully confident that the properties will be completed to the highest standard and be sold out within weeks.
For example, last year, I was selected to market a property in Fitzroy above the two expected agents based purely on my results and reputation. The project sold out in seven weeks vs. the market standard of a year.
Personal approach
I create a vision around an empty space and sell the dream - which is so important for a land & new homes specialist. I also have the product expertise and understanding to do what other sales agents cannot: authoritatively agree to off-plan changes with council approval. For example, I specialise in making two apartments into one large house-style apartment for downsizers.
My authentic approach has resulted in a large network of trusted client relationships and 50+ referral partnerships, deriving $750,000 in sales from referrals in FY24. Deep relationships with property developers have driven a staggering revenue increase of over 100% YoY, factoring in future commissions, as off-the-plan commissions are paid 50% now and 50% at settlement.
Sustainability
My office is proudly carbon neutral and completely off-grid thanks to my solar panels, rainwater tanks, double glazing and natural ventilation techniques. I hold clients to a similarly high standard and only work with developers that achieve a NatHERs efficiency rating of 7 or higher (the government requires just 5). My sustainable approach was wonderfully showcased in a recent brochure (Lonsdale and High Brochure attachment).
