The site is a merger of two residential units. Residence S. is located in a modern urban area. The owner is a businessman who frequently travels abroad and expects the comfort and luxury of a hotel while retaining the warmth and privacy of a home. Based on this, the designer came up with a design that combines modern and comfortable home elements. The openness and functionality of the project satisfy the owner's pursuit of a high-quality life.
The centerpiece of the dining room, with its kitchen island and adjoining open area, is the core of social interaction, ideal for gatherings of family and friends and showcasing the perfect combination of utility and aesthetics. The privacy of the wine cellar, with its stone exterior, showcases wines and serves as the highlight of the space, revealing the owner's personalized taste and pursuit of a high quality of life.
