CSC JUYUE PALACE

The project is located in the core area of Daxing District, Beijing, China, at the south gate and south of the city's main street, Guangyang Avenue. It is adjacent to three major themed city parks, namely Xinghua Park, Urban Wilderness Park, and the City Park along the Fifth Ring Road. The project aims to create a benchmark for high-quality living in terms of new lifestyles, empowering new scenes, experiencing new aesthetics, and embracing new cultural significance.
The overall planning and design follow the concept of harmony with nature, drawing inspiration from ancient Chinese philosophy and the idea of "Zhuangzi's Free and Easy Wandering." By incorporating modern spatial techniques, the project seeks unity and simplicity, embodying the harmony between humans and nature.
The landscape design includes a central axis, grouped landscape belts, and courtyard-style green spaces, creating a harmonious and organized arrangement of various landscapes. Each garden, scene, and story reflects the philosophy of respecting nature, embracing one's true self, and the unity of humanity and the natural world.
The community's focal point is a 1,500 square meter community lounge, which serves as the entrance to the community, creating a sense of ceremony and elegance. The entire community is interconnected through nine key landscape nodes, where light, dreams, forests, water, clouds, and fish serve as mediums to experience the changing natural scenes, allowing residents to experience a sense of freedom and leisure.
The architectural facade draws inspiration from the poem by Li Bai ("The great Peng ascends with the wind, soaring straight for ninety thousand miles"). Through the shaping of form and materials, the design creates a pair of silver wings soaring high, symbolizing the "wings of life," representing power, brilliance, and the ability to soar. The layered and extended silver feathers shine with a golden light, resembling a Peng bird spreading its wings, gracefully flying in the sky.
