The overall plan adopts a structure of one axis, two belts, and multiple nodes. The central axis forms the dominant ceremonial axis in the park. Along the periphery of the plots, roads form the "art and humanities belt" and the "ecological and leisure belt," creating a cultural, leisurely, ecological, and pleasant living atmosphere.
The street interface fully considers the urban image and harmonizes with the surrounding environment. The interface along Yuhua Road actively conceals the architectural mass, maintaining the ceremonial sense of Yuhua Road as a welcoming avenue.
Consideration has been given to the service facilities related to the residents, supplementing the urban functions. On the eastern side, there are commercial areas, community health service stations, mini fire stations, public toilets, neighborhood committees, elderly care centers, and property management. On the western side, there are postal service facilities, police stations, property management, cultural activity rooms, and commercial functions.
The overall architectural skyline exhibits rich variations, harmonizing with the surrounding environment while minimizing the impact on the sunlight for neighboring residences.
The project area is home to several important urban public buildings. Its low-key, pragmatic, steady, and majestic qualities are the essence of the city's core.
The overall design employs modern techniques to interpret elegant elements. The facade proportions have been meticulously considered, and the delicate architectural details reflect the beauty of architectural art.
The building facade adopts high-quality materials such as off-white stone, warm-colored aluminum panels, premium imitation stone coatings, and large areas of low-emissivity glass. The low saturation of the extensive stone material fully embodies the elegance and delicacy of the architecture, while warm tones interweave, creating a rich and orderly rhythm of architectural vocabulary.
