Zhuhai Huafa Sky Hill Mansion is located at the central of Nanwan district of Zhuhai with total GFA of approximate 200,000 sqm. The project is featured with the Zhuhai’s characteristics of romance, comfort and prosperity which makes the citizen to feel the comfortable and calm atmosphere, and also the hidden beautiful environment behind the bustling city in their daily leisure time.
The landscape design aims to create the exploration to Zhuhai featured with resort-style. The project is designed to create the resort community in Zhuhai. Zhuhai Huafa Sky Hill Mansion creates a comfortable and relaxing living environment to fulfill the context of vacation habitat of today’s urban living. The master planning design is naturally introduced the mountain views from west and forms the internal valley at the central area bounded by the building blocks. The community activities can be centrally taken in the swimming pool and clubhouse, which is the core to carry out in a master layout. At the same time, the landscape is designed by the method of linear ordering constructed by the simple lines, which is not only in terms of the visual aesthetics of purity and strength, but fully complies with the needs of function and spital scale. The landscape design emphasizes pure and exquisite design language, and the rhythmic changes of spatial order. The design defines resort community life as the leisure moment of habitat where the residents can feel a warmer spatial atmosphere, and have closer experience to natural. The project aims to make the residents to experience a sense of spiritual healing when the south wind is passing through the green lawn to create the wind-blown wheat waves on the ground floor. As a result, the vacation community is naturally created.
