Architecture is a discipline that aims to create spaces that serve the production and living needs of people. The process of designing a structure that not only meets the user's requirements but also provides a comfortable and pleasant living environment is a challenging endeavor.
In this particular project, the focus is on the design principle of "nature and purity," which is accomplished by incorporating "green thinking" into the design. To achieve this, the environmental characteristics of the base were thoroughly examined, allowing for the appropriate orientation of the building and the placement of window openings to be determined. This approach deviates from the conventional design of enclosed, dark and poorly ventilated spaces, and instead, introduces an abundance of natural light into the living area.
As a result, the living space is transformed, providing the residents with a relaxing and comfortable environment. The design's success lies in its ability to utilize its surroundings, creating a space that not only fulfills the user's needs but also contributes to the overall well-being of the inhabitants.
As you glance at the exterior of the building, your eyes are drawn to its unique and elegant design, which consists of several white square boxes. This striking façade is complemented by floor-to-ceiling transparent windows that enclose the building, allowing for a generous amount of natural light to flood the interior. The seamless integration of the indoor and outdoor areas creates a sense of openness and spaciousness, making it an ideal living space.
The building's orientation is carefully designed to maximize comfort throughout the year. By facing south, the building is able to take advantage of the gentle southern breeze during the summer months, while also effectively blocking the cold northeastern monsoon during the winter. This ensures that the living space is always comfortable, regardless of the season.
Each residential unit is equipped with a charming patio area at the back, providing residents with a peaceful and private outdoor space. This area is perfect for planting or enjoying a quiet moment in the sun.
