Qianjiang Dajia · Wenlan Mansion

This project relates to the interior design of the Sales Center of Qianjiang Dajia· Wenlan Mansion, an estate located in Pudong, Shanghai. Sales Center, a place to show and sell an estate project before it is built up, actually renders the architectural features of the building project in the architectural style and interior design to a certain extent. In this sense, it is considered of crucial significance to retain and show the architectural style and characteristics of the project. As driven by this, the designer leverages light log color ornaments and a large proportion of panel to set an uncluttered, pure and cozy atmosphere for the entire space. As opposed to many commercial spaces, the design accents how buyers feel about “home” rather than merely pursue luxurious atmosphere and redundant ornaments. This exactly shows how the project looks like. It is the use of large blocks that enables the designer to unexpectedly deliver a sort of majestic openness in the confined sales area. When stepping inside, potential buyers are expected to be impressed by the special design of every area, including the geometric ornamental blocks in the corners and jumbo art installations, which also make the space fascinating and memorable. The sloping wall design disposed at the joint of the sand table demo area and the other public area is another thing to mention. It is used to connect and isolate these two areas while creating a more unaffected and streamlined space layout. This design not only guides the walk-around of potential buyers, but also makes the entire space more open and coherent. Compared to traditional straight walls, the sloping wall design adds a distinctive visual dynamism to the interior space, so it would be perceived very interesting.
