Planning Concept: The overall planning is tailored to the local conditions, with a focus on "landscaping." The layout is designed in a closed manner with a large shared courtyard, which can accommodate various outdoor activities and provide a comfortable spatial experience. The overall park becomes a self-contained world.
Homecoming Flow: Based on the principle of "overall design and holistic creation," emphasis is placed on creating a pleasant homecoming experience throughout the flow. The eastern main entrance of the community is designated as the starting point of the homecoming flow. With the clever combination of dark aluminum awnings, light-colored stone walls, and champagne-colored semi-permeable grilles, an open and dignified community entrance image is created. Through multi-level spatial connections, from bustling urban streets to private units, every space allows for thoughtful exploration and creates a progressive homecoming experience.
Facade Design: In terms of facade design, after repeated deliberation and collision, a modern and concise style is presented. Attention is given to the overall proportions and the scale of details, eliminating excessive decorative elements and emphasizing the horizontal lines of the framework and facade. This dissolves the sense of oppressive volume and creates a suitable human scale. Meanwhile, meticulous attention is paid to details, showcasing the pursuit of a quality lifestyle. The upright and robust building facade reflects a sense of future and contemporaneity, closely connected to the aspirations of a specific young resident group.
The design is based on the perception and understanding of the site, interpreting the relationship between the spatial form of talent residential areas and the urban interface. Through the deduction of facade forms and the transformation of group forms, this container that carries life is constructed in the core area of the Xinchuan Science and Technology Park, allowing the beauty of life to naturally unfold.
