Located in the Guanyin Mountain area of Siming District, Xiamen City, the project is adjacent to He Cuo Cross Road to the north and the main road of the ring road to the west, enjoying a superior geographical location and good supporting resources. Eight high-rise residential buildings and supporting podium buildings and one low-rise equipment room are planned in the plot, and commercial and retail stores along the street are designed on the south and west sides. The design maximizes the space of the community atrium to allow residents to fully enjoy the interior view, which also reflects the general principles of integrity, balanced advantages and landscape mentioned in the plan. The main pedestrian entrance is located on the south side of the site, and the three underground garage entrances are located on the north side, east side and south side of the site.

The architects emphasize the use of the interior landscape, and pay attention to the demonstration and landmark properties of the architectural form. In terms of architectural modeling, the design aims to create a lifestyle art boutique with a sense of the times, a sense of sculpture and a noble taste. The horizontal lines, the contrast of size and volume and the layers of staggered dynamic and ascending changes enhance the sense of visual rhythm and fully reflect the beauty of high-end residential buildings. The individual facade forms rich changes of volume and sequence, the application of colors creates an elegant style, and the transparent space and exquisite detail design reflect the modern sense of the building, thus making the building the protagonist of the internal and external landscape.
