Dialogue Between the Light and Space

Aiming to foster creativity and inspire his colleagues, the proprietor of an office space in the renowned 101 building of Taiwan commissioned the creation of a sophisticated and comfortable working environment. To achieve this, the design team focused on using light and lines to craft a humanized and high-quality office space that effectively utilized the excellent lighting conditions of the building. The urban chic design was further elevated with the incorporation of bright spots, contributing to an overall aesthetic that was both rational and emotional, culminating in a space that was perfect for colleagues to work in.
The design team has implemented a unique approach to space utilization by incorporating linear light strips and lacquered glass in often overlooked areas like aisles and non-functional walls. The use of lacquered glass not only serves an aesthetic purpose but also provides a functional meeting spot for colleagues to post materials and hold discussions. This design element adds an interesting and inspiring landscape to the office.
Upon entering the room, you will instantly be struck by the timeless elegance and tranquility that emanates from the classic black, white, and gray tones that pervade the space. The harmonious interplay between light and shadow, coupled with gentle arcs of illumination, imbues a sense of seamless flow and balance throughout the entire room. This creates a stable and peaceful environment that inspires and encourages colleagues to pursue their professional aspirations and dreams with renewed vigor. The Prime Blue glass wall serves as a striking divider between the inner and outer spaces, while the carefully selected flooring materials cleverly demarcate the various functional areas within the room. The soft and gentle light that suffuses the space serves as a guide, subtly directing movement and delineating the different zones. Finally, the glass sliding doors that feature in the meeting room, supervisor's room, and select areas of the office space, offer both independence and transparency, further accentuating the sleek and sophisticated design aesthetic of the room.
