Situated along the riverfront of Taipei City, this single-level unit boasts a prime location that embraces the beauty of its surroundings. The designer has crafted a spacious and interconnected layout that harmoniously blends with the riverside scenery. This seamless integration is achieved through the extensive use of continuous windows, which invite abundant natural light while providing captivating vistas. Gazing through these windows, attention naturally gravitates towards the ever-changing seasons, adding to the alluring ambiance of the space.
The design concept aims to create a living space that fosters a close bond with the natural surroundings, transforming it into an oasis for leisure and relaxation. Taking inspiration from the meandering lines and shapes found along waterways, the design embodies this vision through carefully curated interior elements, including installations, furniture, and decor.
The overall design resonates with the homeowner's aspiration for a vacation-style atmosphere. Rather than employing enclosed partitions, an open plan approach liberates the living room, dining area, study, and multifunctional zone, allowing them to freely unfold. As a result, residents can fully immerse themselves in the pleasant riverside views. Moreover, each area within the space showcases distinctive forms and characteristics, complemented by custom-made furniture, thereby enhancing the overall sense of luxury, individuality, and exclusive expression.
