The project is located in the Changhong Street area of the central urban area of Tianjin, which is the center of Nankai District. It enjoys superior surrounding supporting resources and mature transportation, business, education and medical facilities. The site and Changhong Park are separated by a road, and its north and south sides are situated in two pocket parks, enjoying rich natural landscape resources. The project aims to create a real impression of Tianjin, extract the spiritual core, inherit the cultural context, pay tribute to the classic, and create a future community full of innovation and connotation with the most cutting-edge design thoughts.

The main planning concept of the community involves strengthening the image of the city, creating a multi-dimensional social community and creating a home space with both spirituality and dignity. The designers give full play to location and landscape advantages, maximize the use of site boundaries, release internal space, create more possibilities for the linkage between interior and exterior landscape, release more land resources and give infinite possibilities to internal landscape.

The hotel-style entrance hall strengthens the city image display interface, enhances the sense of ceremony of the community entrance, brings residents the hotel-style service experience, forms a guest welcoming visual focus and image display, and creates a brand new multi-dimensional living community, highlighting the noble quality of the community. The commercial street supporting facilities facing the road are independently arranged outside the community space to separate the community from the external noise and provide convenience for daily life. Residents can enjoy star-level supporting commercial services at their doorsteps, and the whole home returning experience begins with a pleasant neighborhood life.

By extracting the classic elements of Tianjin's historic buildings, the single residential building takes the beauty of order, proportion and details as the basis to integrate modern modeling techniques, and creates a unique and futuristic image from an international perspective. The collision between the old and the new brings innovation, presents the historical character of Tianjin city, and creates a real name card for Tianjin.
