The project adopts the design concept of enjoying nature and living together with the sea to create a harbor for the soul in a prosperous city.
Modern and holiday style, the overall color is the color of blue sky and sea, combined with the local natural and cultural landscape. Through the expression of fresh but not vulgar Morandi color, the whole space is more quiet and flexible.
We integrate the marine DNA of Haikou into our space, giving it emotional sustenance and resonance. In terms of customer positioning, investment customers experience a sense of freshness and expectation. For local demand customers, it is more a sense of belonging and a release of natural feelings. This is a starting point that we need to consider from the perspective of marketing when we get a project.
The project has two floors in total. The reception lobby on the first floor is bright and spacious. The soft decoration is created through the function of the lobby to meet the needs of customers and owners. It is also a starting point for finding a harbor. The basement is centered on the atrium, with water bar area, negotiation area, book bar area (dynamic book bar+static book bar) and children's entertainment area on both sides. The functional layout combines the indoor and outdoor courtyards, adhering to the design concept of the combination of architecture and nature, giving the space emotion. The whole book bar area adopts a comfortable and leisurely layout, and the soft decoration is differentiated from the material and color. As the finishing touch of space, artworks create an artistic atmosphere in space, and increase the artistic feeling on the basis of satisfying customers' use functions.
