The designer cleverly uses the placement of the cabinet to ease the sense of fragmentation inherited from the original layout. The rounded elements are introduced into the space, and the inverted arc design is planned at each corner, making the movement line smooth and reducing the occupant’s unexpected collision and injuries. Therefore, the design ensures the safety and prevents danger in the living space. The natural imagery of light, stone, wood, and greenery is injected into the area to create a natural and enjoyable residential space with the human touch.
The designer has selected black and gray as the main color scheme and decorated the space with beige furnishings to disclose a sense of elegance and stability. Besides, the light color scheme brightens up the entire room. The textures of stone and wood are used to create a sense of layering through the conversion of material texture. The warmth from the wood is piled into the cold carriers, adding a touch of warmth and creating a comfortable residential environment.
Upon entering the house, one will notice that the installation of the iridescent glass screen at the entrance not only cleverly resolves feng shui taboos but also delineates the exclusiveness of the area. In the living room, the primary color is light beige, with a fabric sofa, brewing a warm and elegant atmosphere. With the view extending from the foyer to the end view window in the dining room, a linear visual extension quietly creates a depth-of-field effect and opens up the main space.
Moving to the personal living space, one will find the bedroom decorated with black grilles and items in taupe wood grain. The bed is decorated in Morandi blue, creating a stylish, cosmopolitan style. In the study room, the partition is continued on the gray-blue back wall. The dark green furniture with some metallic accents reveals a touch of light luxury. The color ratio is delicately adjusted to create a space with both rustic and fashionable tones.
