This project enhances social interaction within the family and promotes the connection between people and nature through multifunctional public areas such as the living room, dining room, study, tea room, wine cellar, home theater, sea-view terrace, and outdoor garden.

Challenge:
Designing a space suitable for family members of different ages, especially considering the safety and comfort of the elderly and children, is a comprehensive challenge.

Innovation

A. Large Panoramic Floor-to-Ceiling Windows:

The master bedroom introduces the magnificent seascape indoors through minimalist panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior is matched with carefully selected soft decorations and warm tones, enhancing the harmonious beauty of natural light and seascape, ensuring comfort and luxury from every angle. The boundary between indoor and outdoor is blurred; sliding panoramic windows integrate the living area with the sea-view terrace, creating a secluded yet open retreat.

B. Smooth Indoor-Outdoor Connection:

The villa's interior design pursues a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor environments, using simple and fluid lines with soft neutral tones to create modern minimalist beauty. The design incorporates high-quality natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal, combining their natural textures and harmonious colors to add unique layers and personality to the space.
