China Resources Changsha Majestic Land Demonstration Area

The positioning of the project originates from the thinking of exquisite urban life. So we hope to create a differentiated and de-labelled landscape environment to explore a new possibility of human living. The overall planning of the project is inspired by the design of Manhattan High Line Park in New York. Based on the project's multiple plot groups and the morphological characteristics of multiple internal roads, we innovatively create an urban light park that blends inside and outside the park and municipal green space.

The landscape breaks the figurative space of a conventional demonstration area to create a stylish, warm and diverse metropolitan aesthetic lifestyle. The designers hope to create a lively city with a modern urban atmosphere, an inspirational marketplace where people can gather freely and a place of comfort without boundaries.

Demonstration areas create three major theme spaces including Light and Shadow Theatre, Regain the Past Plaza and Garden of Light. Each space is loaded with unique surprises to immerse yourself in with your imagination.

Regain the Past Plaza
The designers intend to create a landmark urban atmosphere with "LIGHT" as the intellectual property. Through the interweaving and integration of light and water, the plaza gives people the ultimate visual experience. At the same time, the sound and light are linked with the square to create a sense of the experience of dialogue with art, creating a fashionable and dynamic art interactive square.
Garden of Light
Through layered plants and specially selected tree species, a garden under the forest with the function of resting and communicating is created. Additionally, the pavement is used with the underwood bar to create a space with quality and a fashion sense.
Light and Shadow Theatre
The designers create a space of natural artistic beauty through characteristic flowers with plant groupings. The guiding pavement combined with the leisure umbrella seat and the interwoven light and shadow under the forest creates a cozy and relaxing life scene. People stop for a moment after a busy day and interpret the perfect blend of life and scene.
