Shenzhen Vanke Star City

The Vanke Star City project is located in Shajing Xinqiao Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City. It is an urban renewal project developed by combining six plots. Two public building plots on the south side, three residential plots on the north side and one school plot constitute a complete social supporting system.
The plan proposes a "composite community" - a planning strategy that faces the city and co-prospers. A community is not an isolated island of the city, but an integral part of the city. We extend the vision of planning and design from the inside of the community to the outside of the community, not only focusing on the needs of the community, but also the needs of the city. The public building plot is themed on sports, and a sports park is built in the center of the park to connect the open flow of people in offices, apartments, etc., forming the vitality engine of the community, and forming two public vitality nodes with the school on the north side to stimulate the urban vitality of the entire area.
Residential plots focus on the feeling of close-to-human-scale space under high density. From the node design of public open space on urban streets to the spatial sequence of community entrances, lobby foyers, and home entrances, all reflect the spirit of meticulous and ingenious design. Residential products are examples of prefabricated projects in Shenzhen. The product design embodies the advanced concepts of building interior integration, construction standardization, and industrialized construction.
