The project is a property sales center located in Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu. Driven by the Belt and Road Initiative and the rise of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, Chengdu International Railway Port plays a more prominent role of global hub. Enjoying the regional core resources of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Chengdu International Railway Port, the project integrates landscape, architecture and interior space into a whole and takes the storyline of “gate of time and space & window of the world”, aiming to create an understated yet luxurious, elegant and exquisite sales center characterized by modern aesthetics and highlight its visible value. The “gate of time and space” leads to the landscape in the backcourt, full of a sense of layering. The space outlines an understated yet luxurious, elegant future life in a storytelling manner. With curved elements as well as flowing light and shadows, architecture and landscape complement each other.
The stone and glass on the background wall of the reception hall collide yet fuse with each other, which enhances the spatial layers and artistic aesthetics. Divided by transparent glass, reception hall and location display hall is connected yet independent. The lighting through the glass seems to start a game of light and shadows. Comfortable and magnificent leather is used for soft upholstery. It echoes and blends with hard materials, like the clean, simple and elegant marble and the crystal glass decorated by metal. The overall space is dominated by the warm earth-like gray tone featuring low brightness, and dotted by gold, green, coffee-colored and amber-hued decorations, together defining the atmosphere and quality.
The show windows adopt different colors and architectural blocks in miniature to express the features of cities along the route of the Belt and the Road Initiative. The perfect combination of wall, glass and lighting gives rise to the space awash with both commercial vibe and art.
