As the new district undergoes organic renewal with increasingly improved supporting facilities and services, its prominent status in the regional landscape is set to shine.
Rooted in this land blessed by a thousand-year cultural heritage, LEAP Design takes the lead in crafting a living picture scroll that seamlessly blends modern poetry with natural vitality.
Fengyong Jinglu embraces the philosophy of “respecting nature and integrating into the environment” as its core essence. It uses architecture to echo the profound cultural context and endows every space with sincere emotions.
We act as active participants in the flow of time and space, fostering a symbiotic relationship between the built environment and the natural surroundings. Every design detail serves as an extension of the land’s inherent vitality. Striving for a delicate balance within constraints and creating a distinctive place identity through integration, this project has earned well-deserved recognition as an award-winning masterpiece.
